Director - Laura McLinn Laura taught middle and high school mathematics in Lawrence Township for ten years before opening Indy Learning Center in 2005. Along with her staff of about ten employees, she provides math tutoring, SAT prep, ISTEP prep and Spanish lessons for students of all ages and levels and child care for children ages six weeks through kindergarten. She is a 1991 graduate of Decatur Central High School. She completed her undergraduate teaching studies at University of Indianapolis. Then, in 2005 she received her Master's Degree in elementary education at Indiana University. She is also a mother of four children - two daughters, one step-daughter and one son.	Laura McLinn, Director
Sarah Weesner - Lead Preschool Teacher Sarah is the lead teacher in our preschool house. She has several years of experience working in childcare settings including commercial centers, in-home settings and church. She has extensive training in early childhood education. Sarah also has two children who are a part of our preschool program. Claudia Moncada - Spanish Teacher and Caregiver Claudia is a native speaker of Spanish from Honduras. She has lived in Indiana since 2008. She works with the infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Claudia also gives private lessons for conversational Spanish for adults and children. She likes to draw and uses a lot of illustrations as part of her teaching style. She has two sons.
Brittany - Caregiver for Infants & Toddlers Brittany works three full days each week with our infants and toddlers.  She is an IU graduate with a heart for serving and helping others. Her son is a part of daycare program too.
Kim Yentes Kim works two full days per week with our infants and toddlers. She also occassionally works with the preschoolers, teaching manners and Bible stories. Kim has a bachelor's degree in psychology and behavioral science. She is a mother of two sons and has worked in various preschool settings including programs at her church.    "Grandma" Linda Godwin Laura's mom helps out with a little bit of everything including cooking, cleaning, teaching and hugging. The kids all know her as, "grandma". Eveliss - Caregiver, Housekeeper, Spanish Teacher Eveliss helps out wherever she is needed. She is originally from Puerto Rico and she speaks Spanish with the children. She provides care for the infants, toddlers and preschoolers and helps with household responsibilities too. Eveliss also has two sons of her own. Danielle Winkler - Math Tutor Danielle is a student at the University of Indianapolis. She has worked with Indy Learning Center since 2007, starting out as a math tutor. While that is primarily what she does, she also enjoys helping out at the daycare and preschool when needed. Our Nannies - Vanessa & Daniela Vanessa and Daniela are from Mexico. They come to spend time with us during the summer. They speak Spanish with the children and help with a lot of different things. They are just like a part of our family!
